Salutations Jontourage!
So last night was the first big night of the tour, a four hour night at the Marysville Pub in Kimberley. Walking in we were told it was "Men's Night". We're still not sure what that is, but it did seem to limit the number of female fans, and the dance floor was unsurprisingly not busy!
Luckily, everyone was still extremely excited to hear our songs, and even better, they liked our originals (both my own songs and Dave's) best of all. We're definitely going to make a trip back soon--thanks to Freeman, Ed the Sound Guy, and the Men's Night audience for making us feel awesome!
Today we're in Creston, with a break in the schedule, and so we went wandering around town. Five minutes of walking later we'd seen no less than 6 copies of our poster in windows and on street corners! It'd be nice to see the whole town at the gig--here's hoping!
